Martinot’s Bar and Restaurant Amsterdam Sponsors the Two Fat Submariners.

Martinot’s Bar and Restaurant Amsterdam has sponsored the Two Fat Submariners socks for their challenges during 2010. Co-owner of Martinot’s Liselore Van Gorp commented “One of the most important pieces of equipment for the Two Fat Submariners will be their socks for the cycling and running events. We were only too pleased to get involved with their year of giving and make this sponsorship. I wish them all the best and will reserve them a table for a cold beer on completion of each event to tost their success.

Barry Bishop, one of the Two Fat Submariners, said, “Martinot’s bar is a gem of a place, nestled in a back street just off museum square it’s perfectly located for locals and tourist alike and I have always been made very welcome there. I am so pleased that they have decided to get involved with our challenges by sponsoring our socks and I am sure the donation they have given will help each all three of our charities, Help for Heroes, NSPCC and Make a Wish Foundation.”
