TV Presenter Charlie Webster supports the

Two Fat Submariners

Charlie Webster  supports the Two Fat Submariners Charity Year.

TV presenter Charlie Webster will be supporting various Two Fat Submariner events during the year. Charlie who works with a number of TV channels covering various sports will join the Two Fat Submariners Indoor Skydiving with Airkix, skydiving, speedway training schools at Sittingbourne Speedway Club one for the ladies and one for the boy and we are hopeful of other events too.

The Two Fat Submariners will be completing three very challenging events for three charities over a year. They will Cycle from Lands End to John O Groats for Help for Heroes in July 2010, Run the Wroclaw Marathon for NSPCC on September 12th and Swim the English Channel in June 2011 for Make A Wish foundation. All of the events must be completed within a year.

Barry Said “It is fantastic to have Charlie supporting our year. I have already discovered how busy Charlie is and how committed she is to those charities she supports so we are thrilled about her involvement. Following on from my conversations with Charlie I am very please to say that we will be working together to support the Two Fat Submariners year whilst also supporting one of Charlie’s big campaigns to involve more women in sport. I know that simply having Charlie onboard with our team will be a tremendous boost and for sure her giving us her time and participation in our events will bolster our end totals.”

Charlie said, “I'm really pleased to be able to support the Two Fat Submariners Charity Year. I'm very keen to be involved in the events not only to raise awareness and much needed funds for the chosen charities but to hopefully encourage people to have fun whilst using the ability we all have to help others. The Speedway training days will be brilliant, one for just females too, I'm extremely passionate about encouraging people into sport especially women and children whether it is with a pair of trainers or a set of kevlars.”
